Mike did an amazing job with our high energy dogo argentino mix puppy, Mahalo! With his calm demeanor and consistent training, he built a foundation of obedience for our pup that we can continue to build upon. I am grateful for his expertise.

Mike was a god send! I would give him a million stars if I could! The day I brought my new dog home I found out quickly she was NOT trained. She’s over 100lbs and a lot of dog. I was worried and reached out to mike right away. He was super responsive and came to my house with in a few days for the home evaluation. We both agreed she needed her foundation training she was missing. He gave me some things to work on at home that did help until he could pick her up for board training. When he had her for 3 weeks I got text message updates and videos. I was worried sending her to anyone as I wanted the best for her. I could not have picked anyone better then Mike. I truly am so grateful to him for all of his help, advise and wisdom. I will be furthering her training down the road and using Mike for any of my other dogs. I completely trust him and his method. What he did 100% worked and he made sure I felt comfortable. Plus the fact if I have questions or need help he’s only a text or a phone call away. For anyone that is unsure of what trainer to use CALL MIKE! I promise you will not be disappointed. Your dog is in amazing hands. Mine went from mouthing, no boundaries, would t listen when you called her, to being able to heal, sit, wait, off! Thank you so much for helping Delta. I’m forever grateful for what you have done and your commitment to keeping her trained.

We dropped off our one-year old golden doodle extremely reluctant to have him away from our family for 3 weeks and pay for such an expensive service. However, we were at the point of desperation. No one could enter our house without being jumped on, scratched and barked at. The cat couldn’t walk passed him without being pounced. He was obnoxious when the kids had anything on the floor or tried to play games without his involvement. Counter-surfing and bull-dozing past the kids up/down stairs and in/out of doors was constant. We are an incredibly active family of six, but his reactive behaviors on walks and outside made him unmanageable- constantly keeping tension on the leash and pulling the entire walk no matter the distance and lunging at people and dogs that might pass at a distance with an ear piercing, nonstop bark that intimidated those passing by. To say the least, we loved our dog, but his behaviors made it difficult to live with him and an embarrassment to take out.Fast forward 3 weeks and our doodle is home and now a pleasure to have as a part of our family. He is now crate-trained and will enter his crate with the command “kennel” without hesitation. Our boy now waits patiently to be invited out of his kennel, up/down stairs and in/out of doors. He lays nicely at his “place” when the kids eat or play something that doesn’t need to involve him or when we let the garage door open to carry in groceries. He seems to have forgotten to bark and jump on us as we enter the house and now greets us, although excited, without barking and remaining on all fours. When we drop something or the cat walks by, a simple “leave-it” is all he needs to hear for him to refrain from touching it- no matter how tempting or yummy. He understands that “off” means he shouldn’t be on our furniture, although now rarely attempts to jump up. He’s seen our neighbors and other dogs outside and no longer attempts to take off or bark at them at all. He is so much more confident and less anxious. When we call his name, tell him to sit, lay down or wait, he listens the first time nearly every time, even with the distractions of our chaotic and fast-paced household. It’s like his true personality came out during those 3 weeks. He’s much more relaxed and laid back with an obvious discovery of impulse control that we will continue to practice with him daily. We’ve learned a lot as owners and can now help him to be a well-behaved dog that can now enjoy adventures with our family both on and off-leash because he’s an obedient, good dog. Thank you, Mike, for giving our family and our dog the freedom that comes with boundaries and knowing so many vital commands- it has changed our relationship with Nash forever.

Mike is an amazing trainer. He trained Bella, 1,5 year old Bernese Mountain and a 1 year old English Mastiff Lucy. My girls came back as new dogs. For once, walking them was hard. I Never, could walk them together! Or take them anywhere together. Constantly pulling, lunging for other dogs, cats, squarrels, other people. Lucy could get very aggressive all of a sudden. But after, dogs were calm, knew and obeyed commands, paying full attention to me, not the other things around. I now walk them together and take them to many places. People would comment that they behave better than people. Lol. My house is beautifully decorated with many things in dogs reach. They dont touch anything. And simple No, gets 100% attention. No stealing food, begging for food, stealing and eating socks. Lol. Socks eating is true... My Bernese Mountain dog was stealing them and eating. Well, no more of it. No more gates. All rooms are open. Again, they obey my command and stay where i will tell them. No more running like crazy and pushing me with their 120 lb bodies on the stairs. They sit and wait untill i call them. All household is now relaxed, we no longer are all tense and on guard to anticipate another misbehavior. And dogs are relaxed as well. They Love commands, love listening, know their places and feel more confident about themselves. Mike changed us as well. Tought how to communicate with dogs. Now, dogs and us are on the same page and constantly learn from each other. I can keep writing and writing.... If its was not obvious yet, i highly recommend Mikes services! He has a gift! Thank you Mike for everything!

WOW! If I could give Mike 100 stars, then I definitely would. I boarded my rescue dog Gracie for the 3 week program. She initially had fear and would growl and bark at strangers and other dogs. Gracie came back with a new found confidence. I can walk her in public with my head held high without a care in the world. Her heel walk is basically perfect! She listens to my commands without any hesitations. Mike's training of Gracie has exceed my expectations. I'm very happy and would recommend Mike to anyone. Happy dog / happy owner!!! Thank you Mike and your family for taking such good care of Gracie.

My cattle dog puppy just completed Mikes puppy program.Brick is a busy, quirky, little dude. I know training a dog is a life long commitment and Brick wouldn’t come close to where he is today without the foundation he learned working with Mike. Mike has made trips out to my house to train me to work with Brick and has picked him up each time to go to sessions. My dogs are my world and I never have to worry when he is under Mikes watch. Thank you!
